What do you love most about Vineyard?
I love that the Vineyard is home. I love the values and principles that the Vineyard stands upon globally, it’s heart for justice and mercy, the importance of worship, and its mission to create spaces for people to have authentic encounter with the Holy Spirit and the love of God. Vineyard music has nourished me from an even younger age than I realized, and that was one of the coolest things to me when we found our way into the Vineyard movement!
Favorite weekend activity?
You’ll find me hanging out with my boys and husband, visiting family, doing something outdoors in my garden, reading, or just hanging out at home when my schedule is free!
Go-to worship song right now?
Too many to choose one, but especially those that I catch my boys singing at home, like ‘No One Like You’ and ‘Holy Forever’. Can’t go wrong with any of the Vineyard worship albums from literally any decade, either!
One hope for the people in New Albany?
It’s dual edged – My one hope is that people would find a community where they are able to feel seen and known, and that they would recognize that there is a God who in fact does see them and know them AND loves them! And that His presence is alive and active in our midst. Whether they find this in our community or another, it is my prayer for our area.
